I stay up until about 2.30am being that the flight is 12.50 hours long. Kim our stewardess delivers a very thoughtful service. For a change of pace I choose a Korean menu rather than the western menu. We start with fish and vegetable roll accompanied by Louis Perrier champagne. Then she asks if I’d like to sample the oscietra caviar appetizer with blinis and vodka. Who would say NO to that? Mmmm. Yes! It was topped by a most delicious Korean fare with lots of vegetables some beef ( which I did not eat) and the most interesting accompaniment of dried fish chips, I don’t know what I was eating but WOW it sure was scrumptious.
