TANGIER, MOROCCO

Tangier is one of the oldest city in Morocco at 2550 years old, it is a strategic trading port located in the straight of Gibraltar. It remained an independent city since it was an international zone, it is located between the sea and the mountains. It is a fusion of the old and new, it has preserved its historical identity yet there is plenty of luxurious areas reminding me of parts of California.

We stayed for one night in a modern hotel- the Marina Bay- in this big huge room with 180• view facing the ocean where you could even see to the naked eye the city of Tarifa in Spain. So enjoyed Cap Spartel, driving through their Beverly Hills, walking in beautiful hillside gardens, appreciating the vendors in the Medina, the various view sites inside the souk
